‍RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
‍Letour guarantees to exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Any item purchased online for an exchange must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached. Sorry, we do not provide refunds.

‍MANUFACTURING FAULTS
‍Manufacturing faults will be assessed on an individual basis by our customer service team and comply with Australian standards (applicable to online orders only). Defective items must be returned within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement.
